Join Rachel for a free summer reading concert on Thursday, June 18 at 10:30 am for families. Celebrate this year's theme with dinosaur fun and songs about reading, imagination, and adventure. We will sing, dance, stomp like dinosaurs, and roar along to the beat!
SHOW LOCATION: Church Street Park at 600 Church Street, Nashville, TN (directly across from the main entrance of the library). However, if the weather does not cooperate, the program will be moved inside the library.
PARKING: Patrons visiting the Main Library may park at the McKendree Garage (140 6th Ave. N, Nashville, TN 37203), located across the street for the library, for a discounted rate of $4.00 for up to 90 minutes.
Upon parking, visitors will have to scan the QR code inside the garage to enter their phone number, license plate, and payment information. After entering the library, they can scan the second QR code located near the first-floor Circulation Desk to apply the discounted rate. Or in the children's department located at the reference desk.
NOTE: Parking that exceeds 90 minutes will be charged at the standard garage rate for the full duration of parking.
